Spread: 50cm (20"). It produces up to 200 chillies per plant which mature from deep purple through yellow and orange to a bright shade of scarlet red, creating a fabulous display.
Plants have a good tolerance to cool weather and will continue to fruit outside well into the autumn, and even longer under glass.
These powerful peppers have a medium-hot Scoville heat rating of 80,000shu, and once harvested can be dried or used fresh from the plant.

Grow: Prefers full sun, well draining soil in 30cm pots. Water consistently and feed with a high potash tomato fertiliser weekly after first fruits have set.
Harvest: Early from April, Main Crop from July to October. Pick when fruits are green to encourage more to follow and leave to ripen to red. Subsequent fruit can be left on plant to ripen or picked and ripened in the same way to encourage further fruiting.
